Wrap it Up

Here is my simple wrap, flat bread or chapatti recipe. It is so so easy and so delicious. If you look at the ingredients in the supermarket brand breads they fill them with so many unnecessary nastiness. These are quick, nutritious and great to get the kids helping out at dinner time. My little ones love to roll them and then when dinner is finished, there is also some left over for school lunches, a breakie wrap with eggs and some mushrooms. To be honest the options are endless for these yummy wraps. Make a curry and soak it up with these, a burrito, sliced up and served with an assortment of dips or as I have done here served with my spicy bruschetta.

We have a fish place near our house that does prawn and fish curries and they make fab chapatis to soak up the spicy gravy with... Ok I'm hungry now!
